Eleven Madison Park Brings Back The Iconic Madison Square In The “Bake it Nice” Pastry Pop-Up

Stop by the iconic Eleven Madison Park restaurant for a morning treat that is worth every penny

This past month, the iconic Eleven Madison Park brought back their cult-favorite Madison Square for a limited time.  As part of Eleven Madison Park’s fall “Bake it Nice” series, Executive Pastry Chef Laura Cronin has been personally making each delicious bite herself each Saturday.

And for those that don’t know about the iconic Madison Square, it is a flaky, crispy, airy, and doughy pastry that is filled with innovative flavors hand-picked by Chef Cronin.  The end result is a decadent, laminated croissant treat that is filled with a beautifully sweet and delicious filling that you cannot get anywhere else.  And these treats were sold, and are still selling at Eleven Madison Park for you to try.

And for those that like to pair their morning pastry with a little drink, Eleven Madison Park is also offering refreshing Agua Fresca beverages from EMP Beverage Director Sebastian Tollius and the signature Eleven Madison coffee.

You can still check out the Bake it Nice pop-up pastry event this Saturday, October 5, for some new and delicious flavors.  Some of the past flavors included: Raspberry with Candied Sweet Pepper & Vanilla Cream, Chocolate with Espresso & Hazelnut Cream, Cherry and Chocolate with Espresso, and Pear and Hazelnut Praline with Vanilla.
