Dom Pérignon Unveils the Murakami Flower Studio in SoHo, NYC

The iconic champagne Maison is back again, bringing art and opulence to downtown Manhattan in collaboration with Japanese artist Takashi Murami.

Dom Pérignon presents The Murakami Flower Studio, an immersive pop-up experience in the heart of SoHo celebrating its latest creative collaboration with world-renowned artist Takashi Murakami. During media night, we got an early look (and sip) inside the Flower Studio, complete with a cinematic Hero Film Preview, an AR photo moment, and a custom floral atelier where guests could design their own bouquet inspired by Murakami’s vibrant universe. As part of its Creative Series, Dom Pérignon teamed up with Murakami to reinterpret the Maison’s timeless bottles through the artist’s signature playful floral motifs — a striking fusion of heritage and pop culture. “Dom Pérignon is a very iconic champagne,” Murakami shares in his campaign video. “Dom Peri is transcending times,” he adds.

Upon entry, guests were greeted with chilled glasses of Dom Pérignon — the perfect prelude to an evening of art and celebration. Laughter and conversation filled the pop-up studio as patrons immersed themselves in the multisensory experience. The undeniable showstopper? The AR photo moment, where guests could choose between “Blanc” or “Rosé” filters, each offering a playful, Murakami-inspired twist on the Maison’s signature expressions.

And the experience doesn’t end there. The Murakami Flower Studio by Dom Pérignon will be open to the public on October 25th-26th, giving visitors a rare chance to immerse themselves in this colorful meeting of champagne and contemporary art. For one weekend only, guests can step inside the world of Dom Pérignon x Takashi Murakami Limited Edition — showcasing the Vintage 2015 and debuting the Rosé Vintage 2010.

Guests can register here for access and booking details. Be sure to experience the magic of Dom Pérignon and the whimsical world envisioned by Murakami.
