Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish of salted and fermented vegetables with probiotic-rich seasoning such as Napa cabbage, radish, garlic, red pepper powder, leek, chives, onion, and ginger. Jongga Kimchi is a delicious dish brimming with flavor, texture, nutrients, and versatility — it can be enjoyed in nearly any type of recipe.

Jongga also has a Generation Preservation campaign, which focusses on highlighting the preservation of the environment and helps educate on the importance of eating in step with the seasons while minimizing food waste. Jongga has partnered with the Seed Savers Exchange, whose seed preservation work protects various heirloom varieties, some of which were featured in Chef Cohen’s menu.
