Russell Simmons, Lena Hall, Bevy Smith, Tamara Tunie and more attended the 4th Annual Rush HeARTS Education Luncheon.
Tunie hosted the event which honored people for their philanthropic work in supporting youth, arts and education initiatives. This year’s luncheon honored Cyndi Lauper, Craig Newmark, Guy Vickers and Charles Best. At the Plaza Hotel in New York City guests were treated to a performance by Bobbi Mackenzie. Proceeds from the event aid in funding education programs.

The foundation provides art programs to student’s in public schools where those types of programs have been removed. They aim to inspire, support an increase in academic excellence and provide an alternative action and space for at risk youth. Rush’s Art Foundation programs include Galleries in schools and Programs for children of all ages.
