Clinton Hall Partners With Kellogg’s NYC For A Crazy Grilled Cheese

From donut grilled cheese to Eggo Waffles and French Onion Soup

NYC is the hotspot for some of the most interesting and creative food creation.  From over the top milkshakes to some of the hugest burgers your eyes have ever seen, New York City is the place to get it.  On Friday, March 1st, Kellogg’s NYC has partnered with Clinton Hall to create one of the most interesting and innovative grilled cheese, The French Onion Eggo Grilled Cheese.  With house-made French onion soup paired with an Eggo waffle grilled cheese made with mozzarella, Swiss, and Gruyere cheese.  The sandwich had a nice zesty flavor from the gruyere cheese and paired with the French onion soup adds a nice heartiness.  And the onion flavor from the soup also adds a sharpness to the bite which is nice to have.  This may sound like a strange grilled cheese but the pairing with the soup actually works well.  It takes a few bites to fully understand how the pairing of foods go together but once you get into that chew, you start to really enjoy it.

Limited quantities will be available daily at all 5 Clinton Hall locations starting March 1st until March 31st for $16.
