Named the “Babka King” by the Los Angeles Times, this marks the first time that Chef Shimi’s babka’s will be available in New York City and for a limited time providing the perfect host / hostess gift. Having rose to fame through his contemporary reinvention of the traditional babka, Chef Shimi’s babkas have developed a cult following in Los Angeles.
