Last Thursday, we attended a delicious Summer Solstice event at STK Steakhouse’s downtown NYC location on 12th Street. The event was hosted on the rooftop, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline and Hudson River.
Set in the sleek and modern Meatpacking neighborhood of downtown New York City, STK Steakhouse is renowned for its elevated and fun atmosphere that combines the elegance of a traditional steakhouse with the energetic vibe of a nightclub. The roof deck setting added an extra layer of , providing a perfect backdrop for an evening of mingling and festivities.
The culinary options were a feast for the senses: the food at STK’s Summer Solstice event was nothing short of delicious and decadent. Guests were treated to a variety of savory bites and signature dishes that showcased the restaurant’s culinary reputation. Some standout offerings included:

The rooftop location provided ample space for guests to move around and dance, although the event could have benefitted from more seating arrangements and cooling fans in the prime of the New York City heatwave.
