Cast & Creatives Behind New Paramount+ Show ‘Halo’ Celebrate the Los Angeles Premiere

‘Halo’ celebrated its LA premiere at the Hollywood Legion Theater on Wednesday, March 23 with a red carpet event, screening of the show, and VIP after party at the Sunset Tower Hotel.

The series takes place in the beloved universe that first came to be in the 2001 video game Halo: Combat Evolved. Set in the year 2552, the show will dramatize an epic 26th-century conflict between humanity and the alien threat the Covenant.

Pablo Schreiber stars as Master Chief, a skilled soldier who — along with his super-soldier Spartans — fight the Covenant with their formidable battle capabilities. Natasha Culzac, Kate Kennedy, and Bentley Kalu portray Spartans Riz-028, Kai-125, and Vannak-134, respectively.

Danny Sapani, Shabana Azmi, Jen Taylor, Bokeem Woodbine, Natascha McElhone, Olive Gray, Yerin Ha, Charlie Murphy, Ryan McParland, and Angie Cepeda also star in Halo.

Composer Sean Callery created a stunning and original score for the series, bringing the world to life in a compelling and new way. Halo is executive produced by Steven Kane and Steven Spielberg.

The Knockturnal got the chance to speak with Pablo Schreiber, Danny Sapani, Natasha Culzac, Ryan McParland, Kate Kennedy, Steven Kane, and Sean Callery at the premiere.

Also walking the red carpet were people dressed in full Halo costumes.

The screening premiered the first two episodes of the series in a captivating back-to-back double feature.

The Sunset Tower Hotel hosted the stunning VIP after party on its beautiful Sunset Tower Terrace. Details included Halo-themed drinks, delicious food, photo opportunities, and more. The entire cast was at the after party, along with Paramount personnel, Halo crew, and friends and family of the show.

Halo is now streaming on Paramount+.
