America’s leading popcorn brand, Candy Pop, has combined forces with the number one sour confection brand, Sour Patch Kids, to create a new and exciting flavor combination: Candy Pop x Sour Patch Kids. The new flavor launch was celebrated at a VIP event in New York City on October 19.
The event was held at JIMMY Soho at ModernHaus Hotel in New York and had cuisine provided by Chef George Mendes of Veranda Soho. It also featured music from DJ Tay James, Justin Bieber’s official DJ.
Many VIP guests were in attendance at the event, including Nico Tortorella, the star of Younger. Guests enjoyed a variety of elements and amenities at the party, including a custom cotton candy cart and brand merchandise, as well as themed cocktails from Lobos 1707 Tequila and wine spritzers by Coastal.
SNAX-Sational Brands operates Candy Pop, which only has 150 calories per snack serving and uses low-sodium, non-GMO corn. The brand has gained attention from stars such as Cardi B., Lance Bass, Robert De Niro, Joey King, Mario Lopez, and Ryan Seacrest. A portion of all proceeds from sales of SNAX-Sational products benefit The Ryan Seacrest Foundation and their efforts and partnerships with Children’s Hospitals nationwide.
