Bushmills is curating a grand pop-up that is set to delight lucky visitors to The Plaza Hotel.
The historical Rose Club is being transformed into The Rose Pub for a limited time. Beginning March 14th, the lavish and divine event with the world-famous heritage whiskey brand will pay homage to New York’s deep-rooted Irish heritage and Ireland’s sophisticated spirit.
Stepping inside the re-imagined classic Irish public house, where tradition and refinement meet in perfect harmony, is a remarkable moment that will bring joyful bliss and delectable happiness. Fifth Avenue meets the Emerald Isle in The Rose Pub.
The luxurious transformation features rich mahogany accents, wooden whiskey barrel furnishings, and subtle motifs from Northern Ireland that complement The Plaza’s timeless elegance. Indulge in a curated selection of Bushmills’ most prestigious expressions, including rare single malts and limited-edition releases.
Most notably, Bushmills 46-Year-Old Single Malt will be available for discerning guests looking to sample the oldest Irish Single Malt ever released from the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the world. Our mixologists have also crafted a bespoke cocktail menu that celebrates the nuanced character of Bushmills Irish Whiskey.

For the first weekend, private whiskey masterclasses hosted by Bushmills will offer an intimate journey through Northern Ireland’s storied distilling heritage. On select evenings, The Rose Pub will present lively performances by The Sarafina’s Irish-step-trained dancers, whose precise footwork and graceful movements transform ancient tradition into contemporary art.
Exquisite single malt cocktails will be available exclusively on Thursdays through Saturdays during the month of March, and on Monday, March 17th for Saint Patrick’s Day. Consumers can book their reservations via OpenTable Experiences.
