Brancott Estate Makes Living ‘On the Flipside’ Fun

2020 has made everything feel upside down at times, and New Zealand-based winery Brancott Estate takes that sentiment quite literally as they flip the kiwi script. 

Brancott Estate is responsible for originating the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc style, capturing the rich citrus flavors of the Marlborough region. The vineyards were founded in the 1970s and fought against the intensely warm climate of the surrounding area to foster a thriving brand. Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc has now also been awarded 91 points from the San Francisco International Wine Competition and boasts several international vino accolades.

To “unwine-d” during the stressful holiday season, Brancott Estate partnered with yoga instructor and wine expert Morgan Perry of Vino Vinyasa for a special Zoom session. As guests sipped on Sauvignon Blanc, Perry shared yoga poses and wine connoisseur tips. The hour-long educational class concluded with a wine tasting that emphasized applying mindfulness techniques to approaching wine.
