A Culinary Celebration of Land and Sea

Blu on the Hudson masterfully blends land and sea with fresh seafood, premium steaks, and house-made pasta. Executive Chef Juan Carlos “JC” Ortega, formerly of Blue Fin and Catch Steak, curates a menu that is both refined and approachable.

Diners can start with Raw Bar selections like East Coast Oysters with green tomato vinaigrette or indulge in appetizers like Shrimp Basque, spicy tuna Rice Cakes, and Steak Tartare. Handmade pastas, including Lobster Fra Diavolo and Butternut Agnolotti, offer comforting flavors, while main courses feature standout dishes like Roasted Chicken, Whole Branzino, and Faroe Islands Salmon.

The steak program boasts Midwest Prime, Australian Wagyu, and Japanese A-5 Wagyu, with must-try cuts like the exclusive Wagyu Skirt Steak and 40-ounce Tomahawk. Desserts by Pastry Chef Erika Martinez provide a sweet finish, with highlights like Pumpkin Cheesecake Brûlée and Flourless Chocolate S’mores.

A Bar Program Worth Toasting To

Blu on the Hudson’s beverage program complements its menu with a Wine Spectator award-winning list curated by Sommelier Adam Greer, focusing on Bordeaux and Burgundy.

Cocktail enthusiasts will enjoy inventive drinks by Beverage Consultant Jeremy Le Blanche, whose world-class experience brings a unique flair to the bar’s offerings.

An Unparalleled Dining Experience

Beyond its cuisine, Blu on the Hudson offers a stunning 30,000-square-foot space designed by Peggy Leung (Tokyo DisneySea, TAO Las Vegas). Guests are welcomed into a cozy lounge with a fireplace before entering the main dining area, featuring panoramic Manhattan skyline views.

For intimate gatherings, private dining rooms and the Blu Sushi Bar provide more exclusive experiences, serving sushi and izakaya-inspired dishes in collaboration with K Dong of MIKU SUSHI.

Looking Ahead: Rooftop Dining Coming Soon

As Blu on the Hudson marks its second anniversary, it prepares to unveil its highly anticipated rooftop dining space this spring, offering breathtaking views and an elevated outdoor dining experience.

Easily accessible from Hoboken, Jersey City, and Manhattan via ferry, Blu on the Hudson remains a premier destination for world-class dining, impeccable service, and an unforgettable ambiance.
