Too busy enjoying NYC to book a trip to Italy this summer? Looking for the perfect boozy brunch to kick off your weekend city girl walk? Ambra is the place to be! Located in prime West Village’s restaurant row, Ambra stands out as a gem with its delicious Italian fare and gorgeous European interiors.

One sip of the Malfy Gin cocktail paired with a bite of their delicious Sicilian Burrata will transport you straight to the seaside of Positano. From now until mid September, Ambra will be hosting a special brunch popup in collaboration with Malfy Gin every weekend from 11am to 5pm.

They have a special menu created by chef John DeLucie that they only serve during the day on weekends. The brunch menu is extremely extensive with something for every palate. Whether you crave a classic brunch benedict, or a unique brunch pizza they’ve got you covered. If you are craving a sweet fix or an Italian classic pasta, you’ve got your options too. They even have a delicious burger for those who desire a classic American brunch. From sweet Tiramisu pancakes to pesto Genovese tagliatelle, make sure to bring your friends so you can try them all.

Although we loved all the items we ate, the Sicilian Burrata and brunch pizza were definitely standouts. The tiramisu pancake was also perfect for those who crave a “not too sweet” sugar fix.

Outside of the delicious selection of food items, Ambra also has an amazing selection of cocktails and wines. During this special popup, Ambra is offering three special cocktails made with the Malfy Gin on top of their extensive drinks menu. The cocktail menu can be found here and they are all crafted to be both beautiful and strong. The Amalfi 75 and special Amalfi Themed Mimosa are the perfect pair, so make sure to get both together for your aesthetic brunch photos.
