Amsterdam Dance Event is here for it’s 23rd edition and it’s coming back stronger than ever! Christmas for electronic music lovers is about to take place this upcoming 17th to 21st of October, although if you are into the EDM world you probably already knew.

The biggest conference for electronic music is taking place once more in the beautiful city of Amsterdam. As you may, or may not know, Amsterdam is known to be the birth city for many electronic music genres. Holland has to its name some of the most recognized talent in the industry, such as Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Armin Van Buuren, Hardwell, Afrojack, Oliver Heldens, Joris Voorn (which, by the way, many of them will be attending) and the list goes on, so it makes sense that an event of such magnitude was born and takes place where it all begun.

For those of you who have not heard of ADE or have but aren’t quite sure of what it consists of, here it’s what takes place in a nutshell: Imagine you’re in the concentrated centre of Amsterdam, surrounded by beautiful houses and canals, and that at all hours of the day for five days straight all around you there are conferences, workshops, meet and greets, pop-up concerts, cocktails, and festivals happening, all involved your most beloved DJs and producers. Imagine that with every turn you make, your chances of crossing paths with your favorite talent are very high. During this week, everyone who is someone, wants to become someone, or knows someone,  in this industry will be there. Every year that ADE takes place the numbers of attendees, DJs, conferences, events, and clubs keep rising up. This past year ADE brought on 2500 artists and 550 speakers.

I am very eager to experience this for myself and tell you all about my experience. If you are considering attending, which you absolutely should, you can visit the official ADE page linked below. You can buy your tickets, get super well organized information on everything that’s taking place, which artists will be attending, including a biography and everything you need to be well informed. Additionally, you can download the Woov App in order to add events to your calendar and connect with people who will be attending, cause what better than meeting people with your same passion!

Stay tuned for the ADE recap where you’ll be able to know about my experience and will hopefully serve you as a guide for your future planning!

Happy ADE!
