Embark on a Culinary Journey: Discovering Vibrant Flavors and Innovative Cocktails at Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen

Nestled in the heart of Aventura, Florida, Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen offers a tantalizing journey through the vibrant flavors of Tel Aviv’s culinary scene. From its inception in the South Of Fifth neighborhood in 2021, Abbalé has captivated diners with its fusion of traditional Israeli tastes and innovative culinary techniques. Let’s uncover what makes Abbalé a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts.

Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen prides itself on providing an authentic taste of Tel Aviv, drawing inspiration from Owner’s Chef Sam Gorenstein and Omer Horev’s Mediterranean roots. With a menu curated by two-time James Beard Award-nominated “Rising Star” Chef Sam Gorenstein, Abbalé promises a dining experience like no other.

Each dish at Abbalé tells a story of tradition and innovation, blending classic Israeli flavors with contemporary twists. From savory shakshuka to succulent lamb kebabs, every bite invites diners on a journey through the rich tapestry of Israeli cuisine.

I savored Abbalé’s Salatim Trio which provided a delightful assortment of Labneh, Muhammara, and Onion Tahini, complemented by fire-baked pita bread. Alongside, the Chopped Israeli salad offered a refreshing blend of vine-ripened tomato, fresh herbs, Persian cucumber, sweet peppers, and more.

During my visit to Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen, I discovered a new favorite margarita called Jen’s Matcha Margarita, expertly crafted with premium ingredients and balanced flavors. Sipping on this innovative concoction, I found it to be the perfect complement to the rich diversity of Israeli cuisine served at Abbalé.

For mains, I indulged in the Whole Branzino, prepared with a preserved lemon tapenade, herb salad, fire-roasted charred tomato, and olive oil. The Prime Ribeye Steak, served with harissa steak sauce, Za’atar chimi, confit garlic, and smoked Maldon salt, provided a decadent main course. And for a unique twist, the Crunchy Cauliflower, glazed with tamarind, tahini, and smoked salt, added a delightful crunch to the meal.

Do not skip the sweets! The Lebneh Cheesecake and dairy free Tahini Soft Serve are a MUST!

Amidst the warm and inviting atmosphere of Abbalé, each dish transported me to the bustling streets of Tel Aviv, offering a culinary adventure that celebrated the rich diversity of Israeli cuisine.
