20th Century Fox and Blue Sky Present ‘Ferdinand’

Most childhood pets are cats, dogs, hamsters, but for this little girl hers is a big black bull.

This animated motion picture portrays John Cena as Ferdinand the big black bull and Gina Rodriguez as his owner. The issue becomes that one day in town because of an incident he is mistaken for as dangerous as well as a threat so he is taken from her. With the help of his new friends at the ranch he is taken to, he embarks on a journey to get back to her.

Based on the children’s book “The Story of Ferdinand” by Munro Leaf and Robert Lawson, the film tells the story of a nonviolent bull who stays true to himself. He believes his place is with his owner not in a fighting arena. The moral of the story, as shown in the trailer, is to merely be true to oneself.

Whenever you are feeling pressured to do things that don’t feel like you, stand your ground and go do what you feel comfortable doing.

FERDINAND hits theaters December 2017 directed by Carlos Saldanha, the movie looks like it will be a nice family feels good movie for the holiday season.
